  CHILD CARE

The nursery is in the education wing, just steps away from the Church (and pagers are available for parents so the nursery staff can contact you). During Church services/Sunday school it is intended for children from birth to age five - there are classes for ages above that. But, sometimes the young kids prefer an un-structured setting - and they're welcome in the nursery. Also, during some events it is utilized for all children requiring supervision.

The nursery has an area for infants, a play area with plenty of toys for the toddlers, and an adjoining room with a half door for the bigger kids. Also, there is a door opening directly into a fenced in "younger kids" playground.

Our nursery is staffed by employees, so there is consistency in care and familiarity for the kids. There are always at least two adults on hand, and there is a rest room located inside the nursery.

Usually if there is a large adult oriented event/meeting there will be a gathering co-scheduled for the youth above nursery age - such as a pizza/clown party, or outdoor slip & slide event.

Child care is available during most of our services and larger events. If you are planning a meeting or event at the Church and need child care available - please make arrangements at least two weeks in advance.

For the safety of our babies , children, & youth, all persons who serve in direct contact with them are required to attend the "Safe Guarding All God's Children" seminar. This seminar provides guidelines and heightens awareness.

For more information or to schedule child care contact Jenna by e-mail, or leave a message for her at the Church.
