Blessed to Be a Blessing

The family of St. Hilary’s has been blessed in ways large and small during the year. From the enthusiasm of the ministry of Rev. Denise Guinta as our Interim Rector, to the renewed excitement of our ministry to youth and young families brought to us by Mother Kelsey Hutto, to the promise of our newly formed Search Committee to identify those who may lead our congregation as our next settled Rector, the fruits of God’s blessing on this community of faith are both evident and abundant.
How have you been blessed over the year? As a member of St. Hilary’s, has your life been touched by your participation in the celebration of the Eucharist, the opportunity to serve God both within and beyond your Parish family, and to provide prayerful support to our church during this time of transition?
We will gather for a celebration dinner on Saturday, December 1, at 6:00 pm, to celebrate all of the ways in which we have been blessed, and to talk and pray about how we are being called to share those blessings with others. Please see the attached invitation for full information.
This is a celebration for the whole family of St. Hilary’s. A catered dinner will be provided, at no charge to the church. Rev. Ted Copeland has agreed to be our key note speaker. A separate, but equally festive, celebration will be provided for those 18 and under. Nursery care will also be provided.
Please join in this celebration of all the blessings we have received, and are called to share.
