who we are

Saint Hilary's is a Christian Community whose commitment to faith and works in action demands responsibility for the loving and generous pastoral care of God's people and the evangelization of our world.

OUR CORE VALUES:

The lordship of jesus:

Jesus Christ is the Lord of this church and our lives. Our services and Christian education offer Christ-centered worship and teachings.

The authority of scripture:

Scripture is the foundation of our teachings and ministries. We strive to provide practical, sound, Biblical insights for living.

The ministry of the holy spirit:

We seek the anointing power of the Holy Spirit on all aspects of our Church and life together.

The offering of prayer and praise:

We pray together daily as a staff and as individuals to offer all of our labors as an offering of praise to God.

THE ENGAGING IN EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP:

Inherent to our work is a response to God's command to spread the Good News of God in Jesus Christ and to disciple others in faith and ministry.

WHO WE ARE?

We are a multi generational and multi-ethnic Christian Community of Faith.

We are encouraged and emboldened every Sunday to go out into the world and do the work of building God's kingdom here on earth.

● We are rooted in the Episcopal / Anglican heritage.

We worship within the context of the best from both our "Catholic" and "Reformed" roots.

We hold Scripture, Reason and Tradition at the forefront of all that we seek to do through God's life-giving Holy Spirit

When we gather in this place we share Holy Eucharist (also know as the holy sacraments communion or Mass), which links us to a historic lineage of the body of Christ.
